. Introduction The project aims to discuss the alcohol and tobacco related and mental problems of the children to influence the responsible parties. This will be implemented in all districts of Sri Lanka. The project will consist with various kinds of activities aiming the problems and difficulties faced by children who have alcohol and tobacco using parents’ problems and difficulties of victimizes children through making capacity building of victimized children. Apart form that, activities will be focused in older to aware them on child rights activities will mainly consist of trainings, discussions, field visits for victimized children in older to create awareness on the particular issues.

Create an impact on companies through children who are affected due to the consumption of alcohol, tobacco and drug use.

· Children who have alcohol and tobacco using parents

· Families of cancer patients

· Children who have relative died due to alcohol and tobacco

· Children in children’s’ home who have faced financial difficulties due to consumption of alcohol and tobacco.

· Tobacco farmer family’s children
